If you look at the last three years cut off, you will find that cut off is increasing every year and it is increasing by a substantial margin. For example the Cut Off for the General Candidates was 47.50, 51.50 and 56.75 for the years 2016, 2017 and 2018 respectively. The cut off is increasing by 4-5 marks every year. The main reason for increase in the cut off is increase in the level of competition. Therefore if you really want to qualify the SBI PO Preliminary Examination you need to put your best effort so that you can score high marks. Remember even fraction of a mark can take you many places up or down in the merit list. So understand the value of each mark.
