Bank of Baroda has announced a very attractive recruitment notification for the posts of 427 Specialist Officer Posts. These jobs are in the area of sales, security, trade finance, finance, credit, treasury, IT security, risk management. Head – Enterprise & Operational Risk Management: 01
Head – Credit Risk (Corporate Credit): 01

Education Qualifications & Age Criteria: For each post there is different age and educational criteria. You may check the details for the each posts from the official notification.
Selection Process: The selection process will comprise of online test, for the post of Scale I, in the discipline of Sales, followed by GD/Interview of the shortlisted candidates.
For the posts in Scale II, Scale III, Scale IV & Scale V applications will be shortlisted and candidates will then be called for GD/interview. However, for Scale II and Scale III, if the number of eligible applications received is large, then Bank reserves the right to hold an online test also. The bank may also consider conducting of Psychometric Test / Group discussion for different scales.
Probation period: The selected candidate will be on probation for a period of 12 months from the date of joining the Bank.
Pattern of the Online Examination: An online test will be conducted on 07.01.2018 which will comprise of 4 sections viz. Reasoning, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude and Professional Knowledge. There will be 50 questions in each section. While the marks for English paper will be 25, for reasoning it will be 75. Other two sections will be of 50 marks each.
